ABOUT
THE JACE GROUP

“BECAUSE WE CAN ALL BE BUILDERS.”

Service is Love

One of our favorite ways to serve is through our Mentorship program. We believe that having a positive role model can make all the difference in a young person’s life. Our mentors are carefully selected and trained to provide guidance and support to our program participants. Whether its help with homework, career advice, or just someone to talk to, our mentors are there to provide the support that young people need.

MENTORING IS WHAT WE DO

At Our Core

Welcome to The JACE Group, a non-profit organization dedicated to developing essential life skills in youth. Our goal is to provide mentorship, family support, and peer-to-peer support opportunities to help young people succeed in life. We focus on skills such as situational awareness, conflict resolution, and accountability, and we believe in our core values of compassion, integrity, and limitless potential.

At The JACE Group, we understand the importance of providing young people with the tools they need to succeed. That’s why we focus on developing life skills that are essential for success in all areas of life. Our programs are designed to help young men & women develop the confidence and skills they need to navigate the challenges they face in today’s world.

Statement of Need

Atlanta, Georgia is twentieth on the list for Cities with the Most Murders 2023 per 100,000 people. Since the pandemic, there has been a rise across the country of student behavioral issues leading to increased suspensions and expulsions. Here at JACE, we aim to decrease crime and behavioral issues amongst our youth, strengthen families and schools through mentorship programs and community events.  We discuss and model conflict resolution, situational awareness, critical thinking, emotional intelligence amongst other life skills.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower young people by teaching them self-awareness, community responsibility, and emotional intelligence. Through education and mentorship, we aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where young men & women can develop the skills and knowledge they need to navigate their lives with confidence and resilience. Our goal is to create a community of leaders who are committed to making a positive impact in their own lives and in the world around them.

Our Vision

At The JACE Group, we are committed to helping young people reach their full potential. We believe that every young person has the ability to succeed, and we are here to provide the support and resources they need to do so. Our programs are designed to be fun, engaging, and effective, and we are always looking for new ways to help young people develop.

We purpose our young people to make positive choices and build strong relationships.

innovation & collaboration

Empowering young people requires a collaborative approach that recognizes the diversity of their needs, experiences, and aspirations. It involves creating safe and inclusive spaces where young people can express themselves freely, engage in constructive dialogue, and develop a sense of belonging and ownership.
